Host Site Interest forms appear in Initial Inquiry, and a submitted Letter of Intent moves an org to In progress. The last three columns fill in automatically from Application Review: a completed app lands in Submitted Apps, a finished review moves to RRCC Approved, and a board decision moves to Board Approved. Drag cards through the first three columns; the rest are automatic.
